Description:
This function (which is just a regular expression) strips off the extension from a filename. Dots within the filename are preserved.
Return Values:
Returns a string.
Example:
<cfset filename="this.is.your.file.jpeg">
<cfoutput>#ripExt(filename)#</cfoutput>
