Description:
Pads a string with null bytes, to a multiple of the given block size. Useful for encryption compatibility.
Return Values:
The supplied string padded with null bytes.
Example:

originalText = "Four";
writeOutput("<br>Original Text Length = "& len(originalText));
paddedText = nullPad(originalText, 8);
