NextOccOfDOW([day])

Description:
Returns a date object representing the next occurrence of the specified day. The default is the next occurrence of the current day.
This function is based on an idea submitted by Larry Juncker (ljuncker@aljcompserv.com).
Return Values:
Returns a date.
